As the club’s social secretary, I managed the strategic development, planning and delivery of events, including weekly social gatherings and annual dinners for 220 individuals. It was vital that I conducted in-depth market research, reviewing results to analyse findings to outline future event schedules. I arranged weekly training sessions for female and mixed team lacrosse players. Alpine Skiing Coach

During the fall and vinter of the ski seasons 2016/17 and 2017/18 I coached 12 year olds in alpine skiing. During fall I put the focus on physical trying for the kids so they would have the strength for the winters skiing. During winter the focus has been on alpine skiing technique and course racing. I took a first aid course and a course on how to set an alpine skiing competition course with the ski-club. I developed my leadership skills and how to motivate and approach a bigger group of kids. I also learned how to adjust my approach when giving different kids feedback. Show less
