• Prepare weekly reports and monitor 25 physician productivity from EMR system in order to meet 1,600 patient monthly budget and identify trends and patterns in patient visits for improvement of patient scheduling and retention • Analyze and submit all revenue cycle data for daily Charge Reconciliation of Primary Care Facility • Create several department reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and data from EMR system • Pull patient survey reports from Avatar for medical meetings and department improvement planning • Review monthly financials and accruals for services, supplies, and pharmaceuticals to stay under budget • Assist in preparing agenda for Patient Satisfaction Committee and successful implementation of action plans • Assist in day-to-day operations of two primary care facilities • Prepare weekly reports of 2 provider productivity at Patient Education & Treatment Center (Primary Care Facility) • Perform registration and pre-registration functions of patients including verifying appointments and insurance • Meet with Executive Director and Head Nurse bi weekly to verify Physician schedules and solve operational problems
