• Collaborates with O&M’s contractor in day-to-day monitoring and follow up of plant maintenance and planning issues including the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and condition base monitoring programs. • Produce the performance evaluation for O&M’s contractor, CMA’s Contractor and Maintenance’s Contractor base on factors of work quantity and quality, environmental, quick response by weekly/monthly basis or required. • Prepare and support bidding package for selection the potential contractor/spare part purchasing such as scope of service, set up procurement committee, project execution plan, bidding process until awarding of contractor and management approval. • Review CMMS and arrange spare part obtimization in order to upgrading reliability, produce consignment stock optimization (reduce non movement) • Review and verify the specification, suitable of min/max stock before procurement process and follow up or process expedition if any. • Verity problem of spare part management and set up mitigration plan/project improvement for shot-long team solving problem • Set up and implement condition base maintenance program for vibration, lube oil analysis, transformer oil analysis, thermo graphic and partial discharge etc.
