Part of the dual studies program was to switch the internal division for at least six months.I spent part of it at the retail sales control to gain deeper strategic knowledge on how to manage different distribution channels, define goals, measure and improve sales on all relevant (private) customer contacts.The second half of this switch brought me to the strategic division for the complete POS network, where we worked continuously on the optimization of this network.
