We developed everything from the ground-level, branding, marketing strategy, pricing models, partnership structure, league operations and communication tech, etc. Once built, we had to educate consumers on the benefit of our product through various methods such as board meetings, on-site visits, trade shows, Facebook live, and good old fashioned cold calls.
