Product Owner in the migration and UX revamp of the RACV.com.au corporate facing website onto Adobe CMS 6.3. I was tasked with leading offshore engineering teams (Sapient) to ensure vital client journeys and high value business components across the website were prioritized, sprint ready and released to live. This required stakeholder engagement across the RACV business units, co-creating a roadmap, and collecting user insights through user research. Additionally, my role required budget and vendor management of multiple suppliers including UX specialists, offshore engineering teams, internal contractors & RACV content specialists. Other responsibilities (BAU) included ongoing management of the wider pipeline of digital / UX projects in order to service the business units, as well as act as primary driver toward continuous feature delivery through Agile Scrum methodology.
