At Dynamic Metals I am a one-man roll form tooling shop. I do all the design work as well as manufacture the tooling. I use a Mori Seiki CNC lathe with live tooling to perform every operation in the production of roll form tooling. The only outside source I have to rely on is the heat treatment of the tooling and our D-2 steel provider. I have a strong suspicion that I am the only person that has achieved the feat of using only one piece of equipment to perform every operation in the production of roll form tooling. My goal is to provide the fine folks roll forming our product with the best tools I can provide to give them the best opportunity for success. After all, they are the ones that make my pay checks possible by getting product out the door! Show less

Machined roll form tooling to meet our customer's requirements as well as supervise the shop. I took this job simply to get back into the rollforming industry after the recession of '09. I miss the Southern winters; I don't miss the job! Machined roll form tooling to meet our customer's requirements as well as supervise the shop.
