At size? I have learnt a lot about customer service and how to handle difficult situations respectively to their situation. I have recently completed my Level 3 coaching. Working here has also given me a good outlook in how to build my knowledge and take it further with me in my career. Examples of this would be creating an understanding of visual merchandising, and content creation.

I have been buying and selling vintage since 2017. I ran my own Depop and currently still run my own Instagram account where I'm accountable for all customer front activities and content. Although small, I have been a part of a strong online vintage community, as well as being part of pop up markets in Sheffield and London. I have been buying and selling vintage since 2017. At ESG my main role as an E-Commerce Assistant was to look after the companies Amazon Vendor account, as well as run their eBay store, maintain listings and ensure new products are listed and ready for sale for our consumers. I worked closely with Design, Quality Assurance and Buying. My role has given me a great confidence in E-Commerce, sales and customer service. I helped sell a variety of products from PIFCO light bulbs to Daewoo kettle and toasters. Manager
-
Jul 2017 - Oct 2017
Whilst working at Hopwood Sports & Social Club, I have learnt new skills to be able to make my job as easy as possible. With this role as one of the managers I've had to taken on tasks such as stock management (i.e. ordering stock and ensuring each delivery is precise), wages, including end of the day till calculations as well as events organisation. These four key areas are I feel something I've improved on over the past several months and are something else I can add to my skills set as an employable manager.

My time at Sports Direct was an enjoyable time, it was my first real job and made me look at things from a different perspective. I learnt new skills like visual merchandising to customer service as well as get a better understanding of retail. My main priorities were to improve KPI sales as well as keep a good customer satisfaction relationship. Further tasks I have been dealt would be things like displaying new lines and products in the best way I can to look appealing for the consumer.
