Coordinate with Personnel the issuance of needed items for Explorers and Reserve Academy students to participate successfully in their respective programs. Fulfill and maintain supply requests, i.e. uniforms/coats, business cards, copy paper, all office and break room supplies. Monitor and keep items in good order for easy identification and access. Track vendor orders and set up uniform and equipment fittings. Monitor front counter, incoming phone calls and back door deliveries. Notify recipients of any deliveries for them. Prepare shipments for pickup. Issue ammunition, both duty and practice as well as taser cartridges and various weapons to employees. Log ammo in and out of armory as necessary. Maintain employee eligibility list for various categories of ammunition. Assist in verifying annual County Inventory. Receive uniforms/equipment back from employees who resign or are terminated. Inspect uniforms and equipment for condition and process accordingly. Maintain Supply database by entering current information regarding uniforms and equipment. Keep track of uniforms and equipment as they are checked in and out. Oversee bi-weekly coffee deliveries including reporting maintenance issues.
