Working with Pat was a delight. Her always positive attitude, enthusiasm, kind demeanor, and strong work ethic consistently helped create a supportive and collaborative work environment. Her skill as a Development professional from donor cultivation to event management was a marvel to watch and be part of. Her encouragement and support of fellow staff members during busy fundraising activities provided invaluable support and learning opportunities. I am grateful for the time that we worked together; for all that I learned from her; and look forward to working with her again someday and being caught up in her contagious passion for the arts.

As a leader on the development team, I developed and executed initiatives for contributed income, appeal planning, special events, end-of-year campaigns, and major gifts through Artful Evening. I participated in board governance and recruitment. In 2016, I developed and implemented the strategy for Artful Evening auction gala, raising over 1.3 million - a record - breaking event for The Bellevue Arts Museum. I am very proud of the efforts that I led to help plan for a major capital campaign at Artist Trust. My team spearheaded the annual individual giving program, and was I the staff lead on the board governance committee which involved a complete restructure. Artist Trust is a not-for-profit organization whose sole mission is to support and encourage individual artists working in all disciplines in order to enrich community life throughout Washington State. I lead the team for Pilchuck Glass School's largest fundraiser, the Annual Glass Art Auction, raising over a million dollar per event. Funds were raised with a donation-based raise the paddle along with high-end glass art auction. This event was critical to annual operations because it raised over 1/3 of the annual operation budget. I served as the Board of Trustees staff liaison with both national and international trustees. Pilchuck Glass School fosters creativity and community and is widely considered to be the leading contemporary glass school in the world. Show less

I helped develop the first Master Artist Program, which included a class, a public exhibition and lecture which helped engage the local community. I planned and managed over 50 classes per quarter. While there I increased corporate donations to the glass department by over 50%. Pratt Fine Arts Center is a fine arts and crafts school, open to professional and the public with master-level studios in the heart of Seattle, Washington. While at Pratt, I was the glass department program manager. Show less
