Building capabilities for clients, USD multi-billion revenue companies, for sustainable change to business operations. We help our clients achieve their strategy in an accelerated manner by providing proven, best-in-class solutions. Usually, 20-30% of our work is on strategy, which we believe will help build alignment across key stakeholders. The remaining 70-80% of our work is on strategy execution, which we help our clients transform their culture and develop their people’s capabilities in order to execute a selected “business critical” project. We measure our success by how independently our clients can run the “business critical” project, without us. Show less

Worked within the Systems Engineering team in ResMed to develop various device functions and track function defects along the project pipeline. To do so, it was necessary to exercise fundamental skills of engineering to investigate, analyse and document device performance. In addition, it was also imperative to develop strong communicative and professional skills as the role required constant interaction with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and manage such functions. During my time at IBM I overlooked the many divisions of consulting and the stages that were involved in each. It was the aim to help grow revenue and competitive advantage of each multidisciplinary clientele. It was my task, with this aim in mind, to aid the Operating Managers to finalise, update and analyse quarterly data and track multiple projects of varying disciplines within the pipeline.
