Kuoni Nordic/Apollo expanded to the Finnish market in 2010. I was recruited to create the sales function and retailer network for Apollo in Finland. My main tasks are to find the best possible product potfolio for the Finnish market and ensure the best possible sales results. My main duties include: Managing the sales team, capacity optimizing, pricing, revenue management, agent sales and production planning. The growth has been very rapid and during these last three and a half years Apollo has grown to hold aproximately 10% market share in the Finnish charter market and the growth continues.
