While Pascale and I worked for the same company (C&A) I never had the pleasure of working with her directly until I joined Cameleon. At first, we worked together cross functionally while she was in position of Buying Director and I was Marketing Manager. I always found Pascale so easy to work with - direct, but open, and always collaborate. It was obvious she was people-centric so it was no surprise when she took the lead as CEO. Today, she is responsible for steering the Cameleon ship and I cannot think of anyone more equipped for the job. She has led Cameleon, and it’s personnel, through bankruptcy and then steered the way for a brand new company that I am very proud to be part of.
