'A touch for the brand' was my initial thought while Pascal and Paulina taking over Social Media responsibility for Bundaberg Brew drinks in Germany in 2019. Pascal was always full of good ideas, energy, and a smile even when thing wasn’t going as well as they should. He and the charles & charlotte team excelled in the area of social media and brand story telling which was quite new to the iconic Bundaberg world and they made things better and often inspired the team in Australia as a blueprint for global social media standards. He is a true communication expert with a commercial mind, an eye for creative and no fear to get the technical stuff done too. As an individual, Pascal is a very smart person who sets high standards for himself and is constantly looking for new skills to acquire. I very much enjoyed working with him.

As a strategy intern at AKQA, Pascal quickly became a valuable team member, thanks to his structured way of working, his drive to deliver at high standards, positive attitude, and ability to rapidly learn and apply new skills. In desktop research, Pascal moving quickly from simply gathering valuable information to applying it to generate meaningful insights. He developed skills in qualitative user research, conducting interviews and synthesizing the results into valuable learnings. Pascal was always eager to accept new challenges, and was an invaluable asset on several new business pitches. I also admire Pascal's proactive drive. For example, he created a dedicated AKQA Slack channel for relevant news, trends, and case studies, and attracted an impressive number of subscribers. It was a great personal pleasure to work with Pascal, and I'm confident that he will add value to an agency or any organization he joins.

Pascal was an incredibly valuable addition to the AKQA Berlin Strategy team. Not only was his enthusiasm infectious, but his innate sense of curiosity, dedicated work ethic, and overall ambition turned him into a key member of the team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a strong strategic thinker with a positive attitude!
