  • Code-P BV
    • Eindhoven
    • Project Manager
      • Jan 1997 - Sep 2001

In January 1997 I got the unique opportunity to start up a commercial strategic cooperation between four different companies. This new independent company was called Code-P BV which stands for Co-development and Production. The concept for Code-P came into existence because of structural developments in the market like the increased price competition, concentration on core business, single sourcing and co-maker ship. The directors of the participating companies, each with their own technical discipline (injection moulding, electronics, machining operation, sheet metal) were also the shareholders of this new business. As an Account Manager I was responsible for the execution of the complete process from first idea till the end product including all necessary steps such as acquisition, providing quotations, purchasing, logistics, outsourcing and project management. My main objective was to develop, to produce and to assemble complex modules and equipment in cooperation with the customer and the different suppliers. In fact I accounted for the only point of contact for our customers and managed the projects resulting in high grade customer solutions within the technical and financial boundaries. I was reporting to the shareholders. For more information visit: www.code-p.nl Show less
