I worked with Pascal from 2010 to 2018. He was leading the APAC board. Pascal has an incredible sense of business, he understood quickly what structural changes needed to be done to get our business to the next level. In Pacific countries the entire structure and business model have been changed. This has been a game changer and the business is now yearly double digit profitably growing. In SEA countries, the implementation of a regional distribution center and the consolidation of all back office functions are now allowing to switch our business model. All APAC countries now have a consistent and competitive product range that he developed with local teams. Pascal also implemented the structure to lead the region. Very happy to join MobiWire Group on December 1st. It is a continuation of a story that began 22 years ago by establishing a mobile manufacturing and R&D partnership in China, closed to Ningbo with young entrepreneurs. It is also a new step in February 2009 with the acquisition of a factory and the creation of an ODM Mobile Phones and IoT business from Mr. Xu Xiguang. Therefore, I am very gratified to be gathered together with Colleagues, Partners, & Friends with whom I have already worked and to join : - a growing company, - a family business culture, - becoming a contributor to develop new businesses and leading challenges associated.
