As an Agile coach, I acted as a trainer to help the team of specific developments to be self organized in order to maximize the value of their customers. Those were their first steps in Agile approaches. - Agile mindset - good practices to facilitate writing stories with the product owners - good practices for opportunities to have feedback from their customers, inspect themselves periodically - JIRA configuration - software factory - good practices for tests As an Agile coach, I acted as a trainer to help the team of specific developments to be self organized in order to maximize the value of their customers. The lead of the project is divided in two parts :- the project manager manage the policy part and higher lever feedback.- as deputy I have to deal with the technical part and manage the developer team. We chose Scrum to reach the go live goal in 2012 and since we follow scrum principles. The product owner is also the customer. As long as I was involved in this position, my goal was to convince the business with scrum practices and to keep them convinced. They now are fully involved in scrum practices.
