It‘s not often you come across a Change Manager with capability and experience like Parveen. I had the pleasure of working with Parveen on two projects at Energex. These projects were very different, and required unique engagement and communications approaches to ensure their success. Parveen was able to engage effectively with the different stakeholder groups and tailor change, communication and training activities to the relevant audiences for maximum effect. She also provided extensive process support and mentoring to other team members, which has above and beyond the expectations of the role. Parveen is a very engaging, personable and practical Change Manager, and she would be an asset to any project team. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
