Parv's is a brilliant mind. As a mathematical thinker, he was consistently the youngest to send in correct solutions to the American University of Sharjah’s monthly problems. These problems are usually attempted by high school seniors or university students, and involve sophistication in mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills alike. Parv’s personal commitment to any undertaking is exemplified by how he took personal initiative to learn the typesetting language LaTeX and engage with higher mathematics of his own volition. As a team member of Sigma, the Mathematics Society I co-founded at GEMS Modern Academy, Dubai, Parv actively contributed (and continues to contribute) his insights at group discussions. He exhibits curiosity and the willingness to learn, while also being more than willing to support and mentor his peers. He is resourceful in tight situations; during a massive Zoom event on 𝛑 Day 2021, Parv very efficiently managed the event, handling chat queries, host/screensharing permissions, spotlighting and such. As trivial as these roles sound, failure to carry out the responsibilities they entail could vastly lower the quality of the event. Parv was also proactive in preparing an online invitation/agenda for the event. Parv has always been keen to learn new things and become a better leader, team player, mathematical thinker and contributor. I wish Parv the very best for his future endeavors, and hope he is able to continue the legacy of Sigma’s founding batch.
