Project Title: Development of 3D descriptors of reactants for predicting stereoselectivity. Advised by: Prof. Gabe Gomes - Generated training dataset on a continuous platform used to train random forest algorithm and linear regression algorithm to predict the impact of different 3D features. - Formed a computationally guided workflow for chiral catalyst, Imines, and Thiols using computationally expensive chemoinformatic. -Developed a highly accurate model in the chemical subspace explored and is accurately able to predict the previously unknown means of controlling stereoselectivity.
