The future is long and optimistic for this talented young professional. Parth is establishing all of the footwork needed to earn great positioning later in his career, and I look forward to participating in his long term development. With our team, Parth honed his skills in customer engagement, overcoming objections, and growing industry-specific knowledge. He outpaced role trajectory expectations and took action on performance feedback. Socially, Parth is extremely amenable with his team and customers, as he's able to mirror effectively, demonstrate technical patience, and create a solid foundation of trust. Of his top attributes, organization is the most noteworthy. During the interview, Parth stated that he keeps a "clean space and clean mind," and that when he applied this to his physical surroundings and mental space, he is able to take on more. His organization style is clearly fine-tuned and contains calendar/app usage, transparency of high level goals, and protected personal time. At the workplace, Parth took on an aggressive yet balanced workload, and followed through on his commitments.

What can I even say about Parth other than "incredible"? He has impressed me since the day we met. As the Experiences Manager where we worked, it was my job to keep the culture of our workplace, while maintaining sales excellence and developmental continuity. Parth didn't need my help with any of that, but accepted it nonetheless; I have never, in years of sales, met anyone with the tenacity and personal drive for success as Parth. From the day he first applied to work for us, he was communicative, professional, and highly skilled in almost too many things. He's a student, a teacher, a master of a number of things already, is clearly a lifelong learner, and brings with him a burning desire to be the best at whatever he tries his hand at, leading my team in sales for the time he was with us and driving experiences, events, development, support, and much more. Needless to say, anyone would be lucky to have him on their side and I can't wait to find out what he does next. Whether its creating award-winning art that goes in museums, teaching martial arts to learners of every age, providing advanced support and white-glove experiences, or just having a talk, Parth will impress you. I have no doubt in my mind that he will succeed anywhere he goes.

This is the guy you need on your team! He is driven, focused and a quick learner. Anything complex I threw to Parth, he was able to absorb the information and execute tasks very quickly. Parth developed sales skills that would benefit anyone's team. Parth works great in a team environment and is always looking for knowledge to help him be better every day. I never had Parth not want to learn something new or take on a new task. He has an energy and attitude that I would chose to have on my team any day of the week. I am very privileged to have worked with Parth. Make sure that you talk to him if he's interested in your company. You won't regret it!

I have been doing karate since I was 9 years old. Ever since then, I have been training every day to achieve my goals. As I started to move up in rankings, I was required to teach the kids classes. Ever since then, I have fallen in love with teaching, and run classes of all ages. I also compete around the world in hopes to achieve my goal of making the US Karate team. I have been doing karate since I was 9 years old. I was a product advisor for Microsoft. I first applied mid 2018 when I was 17. When I turned 18 I got the job. Being at the company was the best job experience I have ever had. Due to our understaffed team, I had the opportunity to learn about other roles at the store. My favorite part was troubleshooting windows on different types of pcs. At the time I left I was also learning a lot from our business manager. Unfortunately, Microsoft decided to close all specialty stores, and June 2nd was my last day. Show less

I was one of a few teens chosen out of hundreds of candidates to travel to New Mexico for 3 weeks with staff scientists for field work, as well as post - field data management in Denver. I learned a lot about not only this field of work but also about how science in general is conducted.
