I am a sports coach for children aged from 3-11, these children participate in both physical activity as well as crafts. I am a leader in all activities, I ensure that children are engaged, learning and enjoying the session. I have learnt how to encourage young people in activities they would not normally participate in, giving them further opportunities to enjoy activity and creative expression. Gymnastics Coach

Level 2 artistic gymnastics coach, leading sessions for gymnastics ages 4-12. I am responsible for over 100 gymnasts varying in ability and experience, I over see the running of session leading and mentoring other coaches who are training or who wish to up skill themselves in particular areas of gymnastics. Activities Assistant

My role at Out Of Bounds was Clip and Climb instructor, party host and tills assistant. Through my variating roles here I gain experience in customer service, professional behaviours and organisation of myself as well as others. As a clip and climb instructor it was my job to ensure that all young people and parents/careers understood the safety instructions while on and around different climbing walls. I also was required to know the safety procedure to encourage people down from walls when nervous and on occasions climb up next to them to further encourage them down. As a party host it was my role to ensure they the birthday person had the best experience and that parents/careers/party attendees had a stress free experience with all questions/queries answered and dealt with. This was from communicating with the parent(s)/career(s) on what drinks, seating plan, food and cake order was expected/wanted. I was also communicating with front desk and the kitchen to ensure that all the timing were correct and as the party family had wanted it. Show less
