Stephen Frater
I worked with Parm primarily on the Co-operative Energy website rebuild project in 2014. He was positioned as our primary point of contact at Mid Counties Co-operative, a role he excelled at. During the project, Parm's ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders within his own organisation while retaining a high level of attention to detail with his agency was a great achievement in a highly pressurised environment. That Parm also managed to keep his sense of humour made him a joy to work with and drove us on to keep up a high tempo of delivery to maintain that positive relationship.
