    • Head Of Training And Development
      • May 2016 - Mar 2020

In this role, I trained all new franchisees in the various aspects of running a franchise, including Health and Safety, GDPR, finance, employment law and operations. I supported 50 franchisees in the network and helped them to grow their business through the implementation and maintenance of the EOS. I also dealt with franchise exits and associated legal paperwork, delivered all quarterly franchise forums (both in person and virtually) and was responsible for various KPI’s such as franchise retention and revenue growth for franchisees in their first 12 months of operation. Other responsibilities included managing support staff, updating the Operations Manual and the Electronic Document Library.

    • Sales Manager
      • Feb 2014 - May 2016

In this role, I was responsible for the marketing, sales, and resales of all Little Kickers franchise areas in the UK. Duties included delivering sales presentations to and vetting prospective franchisees, creating franchise agreements and resale agreements, and promoting the brand to external parties. I developed excellent sales and marketing skills in this role and worked closely with many 3rd party agencies, such as marketing companies and the British Franchise Association.

    • Director and Lead Coach
      • Jun 2010 - Mar 2020

As a Little Kickers franchisee, I was responsible for the overall operations of the franchise territory which involved the successful delivery of football classes for children under the age of 7. This included sourcing venues, the recruitment and training of staff, providing outstanding customer service, marketing, business administration and ensuring that KPI’s were met. I coached many sessions myself and had staff working for me coaching in other venues as well. We ran commercial classes, nursery classes, PE lessons, after school clubs and breakfast clubs. In my final year as a franchisee, I had the highest rate of growth in terms of turnover than any Little Kickers franchise in the UK.
