He is a consummate professional who is able to skillfully balance competing priorities and while doing so, distill from a tremendous amount of material the information and processes we should be focusing on to reach our end goal. Parker Woodard is an expert in making sense out of chaos and leading teams to implement key strategic efforts in health care. Parker’s eclectic background and experiences over the last 7 years at Healthways have trained him to navigate with agility while implementing enterprise solutions. Previous responsibilities at Healthways include: founding and leading the Operations Analytics Center of Excellence, analyzing the feasibility and viability of strategic operational initiatives, acting as an internal consultant for operational leadership, designing and owning the demand planning process for North America contact center operations, developing client-specific financial proposals to secure new and profitable customers, and consulting with Sales and Account Management in the development of sales and upsell strategies. On a personal note, Parker has consistently been open, honest, and completely authentic during each of our interactions. It is a sign of Parker’s integrity, maturity and personality that we’ve been able to have amazing conversation about his insights into the organization as well as his work and career.
