As of 2021, I've known Parker for five, (5) years and have participated in several group projects with Parker. Parker is a very well-rounded individual. Parker stands out from others due to his strong sense of leadership without it being asked of Parker, having a strong will to complete work tasks, and his strong interest in Business Process Improvement (BPI). Parker is a very passionate professional that is willing to work hard and make sacrifices to accomplish work tasks in a sophisticated manner. When it comes to working in teams, Parker is a people-pleaser. Parker will do whatever it takes to ensure his groupmates feel the most satisfied with work being done. Parker does an amazing job at ensuring people Parker works with feel like Parker is the one working for them. Like a great manager should, Parker works for others. Parker would be a strong candidate to fit many supply chain/operations management positions. Parker has the ability to lead a team, work well with colleagues, and demonstrate passions toward his career.
