I have been responsible for doing reverse engineering to make documents for software have already done and accomplished with no appropriate technical document for software and its database (SQL). There had been some legacy software systems that coded many years ago, since those systems did not have appropriate document to refer in case of facing a bug, the CEO made a decision to organize the technical document for all systems, as one of the most of importance part of any project would be technical document. Therefore, I carried out with a novel scheme for technical documents of all kind from VB codes to stored procedure in SQL. Such framework helps company to fix its systems easier than past, combined with having better customer service for their clients when necessary. I have been in charge of debugging software systems and collaborating with its parent company to get some guidance to fixing the problems. I have been responsible for running software of some kinds namely Warehousing software system, Printing and its Ordering process and payroll software in the company and training people who are required to work with. Also, they have been fixed in case of need by me. These systems are vital for the company as all the work reports about staff, warehouse and printing orders have been created by them.
