It has been a pleasure working with Paris. Her skills and work ethics do not go unnoticed. Paris is very efficient, focused, and has excellent oral and written communication. She is self-motivated and has voluntarily taken on projects for her team to help improve workflow and processes. Paris is courteous and respectful to everyone she encounters, clients and fellow employees alike. Her ability to adapt to any situation makes her an excellent candidate for any employer seeking these qualities.

Paris was an integral part of a new Best Buy store opening in Boulder, CO which I had the pleasure to be a part of. She was hand selected from a very large pool of applicants, and deservedly so. She began proving her worth to the team from day 1. She was an essential part to the success of her team, as well as the store overall. Each and every day Paris would come in to work and breath new life into the work environment and her team. She has a wealth of knowledge, and is always hungry for more. She has an exceptional attitude, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Paris is a rarity, and I miss working with her dearly. I would jump at the opportunity to work with her in another capacity any day. The combination of intellect, attitude and work ethic which Paris possesses, is increasingly more difficult to find.

In my new role, I've redesigned (including an overhaul/migration into Smartsheet) the project management system for the RMPDS Drug Center in additional to managing all departmental projects. I am working collaboratively with our parent company's system admin to implement Thycotic's Secret Server, a privileged access management (PAM) system. I enjoy big challenges and doing my part to support the evolution of superior systems. My job is to work dynamically with with the clients, RMPDS DC front-line staff & their leadership, the Service Onboarding/Development team, and IT on both sides - to standardize constant change, eliminate waste, and continuously improve not only the products & services we offer, but also the environment where the work is done. I am passionate about the work I do! Show less

I received and processed prescriptions for patient's nutritional needs by communicating directly with referring hospital physicians, medical insurance companies, and patients (or their power of attorney) let alone our internal field sales, distribution networks, and manufacturers. In order to succeed in this position, an immense deal of critical thinking and problem solving was required daily as getting insurance (regardless of whether it is a private or government payer) to cover nutrition often involves prior authorizations, denials, and appeals all while a person is unable to nourish themselves. • Trained and developed over 10 customer service and insurance specialist peer employees • Received, processed, and managed cases for patient's nutritional needs, with 100% accuracy • Handled all client communications ranging from standard customer service issues to executive director level escalations • Researched patient's medical records and insurance coverage, guiding them on their financial responsibility and options. • High level of experience in Federal Medicare, State Medicaid, as well as Commercial/Private Insurance Plans • Troubleshot feeding equipment questions and service failures via phone and e-mail to ensure resolution or worked with on-call staff for emergency replacements • Work within the utmost client confidentiality regarding patient information and documentation in accordance with HIPPA regulations Show less

I managed the sales office for RC's Boulder location, working operations to satisfy event planning and execute productions for both private and corporate clients. • Managed all phone, e-mail and fax communications as well as showroom presentation • Completed daily risk assessments and cash drawer reconciliation • Increased sales by 18% by participating in local charities and nonprofit sponsored fundraising events • Executed on-site logistics inspections, rendered verbal information from the client into three dimensions via a basic CAD program during consultations, and subcontracted additional components as needed Show less
