Main point of contact for MRC’s program participants and potential registrants to answer compliance questions, provide updates and communicate obligations under the mattress recycling laws in the states where MRC operates. Works closely with members of the government affairs and accounting departments, as well as outside agencies, to facilitate compliance and enforcement, develop and maintain communications materials and manage program and contact data on an ongoing basis. Assist the mattress industry with communicating about the fee and recycling program to their customers. Coordinate design, printing and mailing (or digital distribution) of industry communications to program participants and potential participants. Support program enforcement for potential new registrants and those that are non-compliant. Develop new protocols as needed to maintain accurate records and tracking methodology.
