Pari is simply brilliant. She has a rare combination of sharp expertise and natural emotional intelligence that she brings to every single interaction enabling her to effect significant change through the work that she does. During the three year engagement she spent working with us on race equity she integrated herself seamlessly into the organisation allowing her to make killer insights, which coupled with her action oriented approach drove clear and tangible results. Working with Pari has been one of the highlights of my career, she not only leaves a positive mark on the businesses she works with, but also with the individuals she engages with through her pragmatic and personable coaching style. Working with Pari has made me a more considered, inclusive and equitable leader. There’s no silver bullet when it comes to creating inclusive workplaces, but if there was one it would look a lot like Pari Dhillon.

Pari worked with us as a complaint investigator, and I would strongly recommend her work. I felt confident Pari understood the procedures, and the issues we were facing, and in particular she had a detailed understanding of the unique nuances involved in working with a Students’ Union, our officers and trustees and the needs of a charity and a membership organisation. Everyone Pari dealt with throughout the procedure felt they were treated fairly. I was really happy with the approach Pari took to a bullying and harassment allegation which demonstrated a sensitive understanding of the nature of these kinds of complaints, and the impact they have on individuals.
