  • Aspley Partnership Society

    • Founding President
      • Jan 2021 - Sep 2021

As an extension to the anti-poverty placement I completed with the Aspley Partnership organisation in my first semester of my final year, I began a society to relieve the Partnership of some responsibility in regards to the young people attending the Partnership’s centres as well as provide some relief with financial burdens after the pandemic. The society is now successfully affiliated with the Students Union at the University of Nottingham, with a whole new committee ready to take on next year. https://blogs.nottingham.ac.uk/fossplacementsblog/2021/05/14/my-placement-at-aspley-foundation/

    • Liaison Officer and Student Consultant
      • Jul 2020 - Aug 2020

As a part of the Virtual Nottingham Consultancy Challenge, I worked with a team of students to produce an advisory report and presentation to help a local charity, Cerebral Palsy Sport, to remodel the business’ marketing approach during the pandemic. I developed skills in communication as the team’s Liaison Officer, project management and research, and quickly learned how to conduct myself in an online professional environment.
