  Paresh led Virgo’s proposed Initial Public Offering of shares in 2008 and 2010, leading discussions with diverse regulatory bodies, bankers and institutional bidders. In 2013 he led the process of selling the parent company and subsidiaries in a multi-million-dollar deal and stayed on as Executive Director of Emerson-Virgo for an additional two years where he also led a captive stainless-steel foundry. He began his career at Virgo in direct customer sales and moved on to lead special Projects and a P&L as business head.
