Job responsibilities are to handle clients,architects,consultants, appointing contreactors and preparing their contract,Budget making, Preparing BOQ, Requirement of material with its reconcilation,Preparing Master handing over schedule and monthly targets as per MHS with requirement of funds,material etc.Reporting to M.D directly.Handling a team of around 30 staff and 20 contractors with a labour strength of around 1000 labour.Along with this project also taking care of our NEW TOWNSHIP PROJECT METROPOLIS CITY IN SECTOR-70 FARIDABAD.
