  I am familiar with numerous application platform and I had worked in tools like Zopim and Zendesk in my previous organization along with that I am good team leader, determined and always customer focused. However, along with the CRM Specialist and Team Leader profile I had worked for the Quality team and Email team as well. I was a bridge between the two departments in my last organization and handle/operate the activities as per requirements and needs. 1.
