As the HR person for Oculin Tech's Innovation Hub, I act as the HR & Admin in charge. I ensure seamless liaison and and operations through out the project office. In this role im responsible for managing the recruitment process for all functions and grades as well as taking interviews of Junior posts and interns with the concern department. I collaborate with the developer team to ensure smooth HRIS experience for our employees. Additionally I manage the whole employment life cycle and process the final settlement, exit interview for employees of our Innovation Hub. I also play a vital role of HR’s spokesperson to the employees e.g., sharing corporate events, news, introducing the corporate policies, benefits with the employees as well as creating policies and work to develop and implement with effectiveness. I also organize various trainings and development programs, assisted in employer branding efforts, and supported day-to-day HR activities.
