  I am a Post graduate in Sociology and Business Management. Specialised in IR & Training and Development. In BHEL, the great organisation, I worked 33 years in various project sites for the execution of Power Projects capacity from 60 MW to 600 MW. I was deftly handling all labour problems and resolved without affecting the project work. Strictly complying the statutory regulations and ensured all our contractors were following them. Was heading HR department in BHEL sites and due to my effective handling of HR function all customers appreciated my sincerity and dedication to work. Now with the same spirit here in the new assignment with M/s. Encotec Energy (I),Pvt. Limited at ITPCL for 600 MW at Cuddalore project, also I am contributing as HR Head. Show less
