  As the Executive Administrator, I was responsible for providing secretarial support to other Executive Board Members and helping with the distribution of PIHRA information via mass emails, website/blog, and Discord. I was the account holder/manager for CPP PIHRA's website which was responsible for publishing weekly blog posts that contained information about General Meetings, Guest-Speakers, and PIHRA Socials. Additionally, I was responsible for producing a weekly newsletter in coordination with the Public Relations Coordinator which provided a weekly up-to-date email related to PIHRA General Meetings. During the year I consistently construct and publish weekly newsletters and blogs throughout the year. I helped CPP PIHRA transition from Google Drive into Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in order to have a more organized database. I worked with the Cal Poly Pomona PIHRA Executive Board, Club Advisor, and additional affiliated organizations to ensure the goals of PIHRA and the CBA were accomplished. Show less
