I recruited Paolo during my time as Vice President of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) in Malmö. Paolo immediately showcased ambition and quickly helped us reinitiate a project group known as The Reflecting Engineer (TRE), which he then became the leader of. During this period, recruiting and motivating new members was difficult. However, Paolo managed to increase the member base from only himself to over 10 active members despite this.
