Thanks to training course #MercedesVivaio (a project of Mercedes-Benz Italia), I had the opportunity to do an internship in after-sales at "Trivellato Automotive". This experience has helped me to increase my skills in working in a group and to have a global vision of the company in its various aspects, as well as developing an initial customer management. I worked in After Sales, Coordinated mechanical workshop, handled phone call, managed customers' requests, arranged replacement cars. I learned DMS “Infinity”, a management software and completed empirical research with questionnaires; Investigated how to reduce work-related stress.
