Paola was always willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality support to clients and co-workers. She was often faced with tight deadlines and conflicting requests, but always did her best to satisfy all sides.

Paola Soto is an exceptionally bright, ambitious, and hard-working person. As a student in several of my classes, she consistently impressed me with her analytical and communication skills. She was a careful reader of complicated texts and a patient and charismatic participant in discussion. I should also note her tremendous capacity for intellectual growth, her ardent engagement with ideas, texts, and questions. As importantly, perhaps, Paola was always a vivacious and open-minded participant City College's academic community. She was mature and intensely committed to hers and to others' intellectual growth. She didn't limit her energies to the classroom, but instead extended these energies to the community of her peers and colleagues. I recommend her to you with the greatest enthusiasm and confidence!
