I hired Paola for the first time just recently, to facilitate some idea generation sessions within a corporate project. She was referred to me by someone whose opinion I highly value so I only looked for the "early signs" in her. No disappointment: Paola proved to boasts extremely good skills and work ethic She is an ingenious designer who is constantly striving to be more creative in the sessions she facilitates. She is easy to get along with, clear thinking and quick-witted. I was pretty confident things were under control when Paola was around. I wish we will have new occasions to work together; in the meantime, I will be happy to recommend her to any organization looking for a talented young designer.

I was one of the mentors during the three days of Eni's Six Legged Hackathon that took place at the Talent Garden space in Milan. 25 teams made up of Eni employees for a total of 150 participants (100 live and 50 remotely). Each mentor followed three teams during the three days of the event. My role was to guide my assigned teams through the solution development process and facilitate their activities and discussions, ensuring that remote participants were also engaged and active. Teams were given three main topics and they had to pick one to work on, ideate a solution, design the flow and build a prototype. As mentors, we also evaluated each solution based on predefined criteria such as sustainability and feasibility. The pitches and the award ceremony took place on the third day at Eni's headquarters.
