      "Volvamos Juntos" (www.volvamosjuntos.cl) is a program that seeks to support companies, pre-schools and public transport to reactivate after the economic crisis brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and help them take care their health. It has three main areas of intervention: health education, epidemiological control through weekly testing and specialized assessment for COVID protocols. The organizations we advise tend to work with vulnerable communities in Latin America.       "Fonoayuda Calma" was a project developed by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in collaboration with the municipality of La Pintana, in the south of Santiago, Chile. It consisted of a helpline developed to respond to crisis and mental health needs, given the overflow of healthcare facilities in times of COVID. My job consisted of:• Contribute to the development of the program and protocol that was implemented.• Coordinating a phone aid system.• Maintaining a constant communication and coordination with municipality and health care centers of the area.• Training volunteer psychologists on psychological first aid and the aspects of the program.• Supervising the 30 volunteers and supervisors. • Developing psychoeducational material.

      The Human Rights Ombudsman's Office is the state entity responsible for ensuring the country's human rights. As part of a select group for high performance students in university, I worked as a practicing therapist in the Abuse and Crisis Unit. During my time there, I:• Conducted psychological assessment for 14 patients that were abused (psychologically, physically or sexually) or accused of abuse by the court. Then developed and implemented psychotherapeutical treatment plans, using cognitive-behavioral therapy.• Performed multiple psychological first aid interventions to patients in a state of crisis.• Organized two mental health workshops for elderly.
