      "Volvamos Juntos" (www.volvamosjuntos.cl) is a program that seeks to support companies, pre-schools and public transport to reactivate after the economic crisis brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and help them take care their health.       I work with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement crisis management strategies according to each organization's needs. The organizations we advise tend to work with vulnerable communities in Latin America. The consultancies have involved:• Develop protocols for prevention and response to crises related to mental health problems, suicidal ideation, intra family violence and sexual harassment.• Set up emergency call centres to deal with crisis caused or aggravated by the pandemic.
