Customer Service is highly praised at Nordic Business Forum by its 7500 C-level customers (rating from the 2018 event: 5,58/6).I am taking part in the Leadership Programme, which provides an opportunity for 16 handpicked students to participate in a series of customer experience and leadership development training sessions. The main goals of the programme are to prepare the programme participants to work as Team Leaders for groups of students at the event and to equip them with skills, training, coaching and practical experience to prepare them for their future careers. My tasks as a Team Leader will include (but are not limited to): promoting the working opportunity and engaging student candidates, interviewing and recruiting the right students to work at the event, and building and supporting a group of students while they work as Customer Service representatives at Nordic Business Forum 2019 in Helsinki.
