  Development of design concepts for hospitality projects in Asia, Middle East and Africa, based on client requirements, brand standards and in collaboration with the company's director and design manager. Drawings development and coordination. Selection of FF&E (i.e. furniture, lighting, accessories & artwork), architectural finishes and fabrics. Preparation of presentation boards.Coordination and development of 3D visuals, leading up to the organisation of booklet presentations for the company's client meetings. Development of FF&E and architectural finishes specifications. Reviewing and coordination of detailed drawing packages, developed after design concepts are completed. Meeting with suppliers, administrating, regularly maintaining and progressively enriching and upgrading the company's materials library.
