Panos joined our team as an intern after successfully competing a rigorous 3-month web development course. He is a fast learner as after he was presented the technologies used in our project (React/Redux/Rx/Jest/Cypress) Panos spent time studying the ones he hadn't encountered before and produced production-quality code shortly after. Panos is naturally curious and would ask of the reasoning behind why we do things the way we do and not just blindly follow what he is told to do. Once he gained confidence in his newly acquired skills he would challenge more experienced developers during code reviews when they failed to follow established patterns Panos showed maturity and sense of responsibility as part of the team and would proactively let more experienced developers know when he required assistance to complete a task that otherwise would take him a lot of time I believe Panos is on the right track to becoming a very good web developer as he displayed great potential during his time in my team.
