I have had chances to work with Pankaj on numerous occasion to help us negotiate multiple deals to procure hardware/software while my tenure as Manager in McAfee. Although his role was to take care of Admin operation at our center but his knowledge on entire procurement process using tremendous. He was the only person in office administration in Gurgaon and managed all activities like team outings, internal team activities, procuring hardware or managing vendors. As an engineering team, we only had one interface and beyond that Pankaj would manage all external parties/vendors/POCs in other offices making like very easy for us. He worked fairly independently with minimal guidance and negotiated very well with external parties. Pankaj is a very friendly person and has a very helpful nature which helps in building good relationships with people around him.
