I have been working with Mas Pandu continuously since 2019 in developing Draft of Academic Paper (Naskah Akademik) and Legal Drafting of the Indonesian National Education System Bill (Rancangan Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional/RUU Sisdiknas) under the Ministry of National Education and Culture, Research and Technology (MoECRT) up to now. Mas Pandu has demonstrated his strength in writing the academic paper concisely and scientifically. He has excellent competencies to write a coherence and rational academic paper as demonstrated in writing the draft of the academic paper for the RUU Sisdiknas. Besides, he also has very good IT literacy in particular using the google drive, google doc, etc. In drafting the RUU Sisdiknas, Mas Pandu has also demonstrated his excellent competencies to keep better flow of the articles (pasal-pasal). In addition, his fresh perspectives on education policy as well as his knowledge on law and regulation had been really useful in developing the academic paper of the RUU Sisdiknas. He was also a great team player as he helped me a lot whenever I need his technical skill. In summary, Mas Pandu is an outstanding person to deal with development of policy on education.

As his co-worker, I had the pleasure working together with him for almost two years at the Indonesian National Coordination Team of South-South and Triangular Cooperation Secretariat. He is not only a motivated and knowledgeable person but also a great team player. He was able to complete multiple projects under his working group effectively while still made time to support tasks from other working groups. Pandu would be a great asset to your team!
