Led and mentored by Panagiotis Tzellos, the 3rd grade students of the Alonia High School in Pieria, Katerini, Greece, won the first place at the SEN Junior Achievement completion with the virtual enterprise SmileyBin. SmileyBin was a business concept focusing on compensative recycling embracing the recycling among citizens of the world. Panagiotis mentored a team of 19 students and 2 teachers resulting to win the 1st place among 67 public and private schools in Greece. The 1st Prize at the first Google Launchpad Athens, October 7th to 10th, 2013. Led and mentored by Panagiotis Tzellos, the Athens-based Financial-Academy.gr team won the first place with the start-up “SpeakerZen”, an application facilitating direct input from mobile devices, helping speakers improve their skills by getting direct feedback from their audience. Panagiotis setup and mentored a team of 7 members (5 of them interns from Greek Universities and Technological Educational Institutes doing their internship next to Panagiotis), resulting to win the 1st Google Launchpad" prize.
