I worked closely with Pam over approximately 18 months as we redesigned B2B eCommerce operations for a major aerospace parts distributor. What impressed me most was her ability to deftly move between topics like front-end experience and design to back-end technology and operations, retain and quickly reference industry/client-specific minutiae, and draw on her deep experience and knowledge of various digital platforms to help us work through major hurdles until the issue was resolved to her (very) high standards which often surpassed our own. All along she never lost sight of the customer experience and helped the entire team maintain the same perspective. She's razor sharp and a blast work with -- I would go to battle again with Pam, without hesitation.
