Pam’s attitude and expertise make her an asset to any team! She goes above and beyond for her team, and clients, and creates an incredible, open dynamic for feedback and development. She is adaptable, kind, and always ready to help. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking to take their team or themselves to the next level!

Roger F. Fisher, M.Sc.

I am proud to write this brief yet impactful recommendation for Pam. She has been instrumental in the last few years of my career transition and tenure in education management. Pam exudes a firm yet robust professionalism that easily motivates and inspires anyone who works with her to expect nothing but the best out of their life. Her involvement in updating my resume, interviewing best practices, enhancing my soft skills, and career coaching has caused an upswing in my career, qualitatively and lucratively. Anyone who works with Pam will undoubtedly see the fruits of their labor ripen because she doesn't expect anything less than greatness from everyone with whom she works.

    • Team Leader (Supervisor, Trainer, Safety Meeting Instructor, Management)
      • 1999 - 2003

I attribute this position to the beginning of my career. As a Machine Operator, I quickly saw the need for standardization and training. After some fierce competition for a Team Leader position, I was promoted. There were 4 major accomplishments: 1) While working with operators, we were able to CREATE Best Practice manuals for the 4 major pieces of equipment in the Fabrication Department. 2) I was able to TRAIN machine operators on basic mathematic concepts, which resulted in producing accurate “weight tickets.” 3) Conducted mini SAFETY meetings for 15+ employees before each shift to increase safety awareness and decrease accidents. 4) I learned how to SOLVE PROBLEMS. During my 12-hour shifts, I was able to build a trusting relationship with the maintenance department. This opened the dialogue for them to train me on how to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify mechanical trends.
